The Hotel rules may be subject to change based on the type of room and the date of arrival.

In case of arrival earlier than the scheduled check-in time, it is possible to carry out the entry procedure which involves the registration of documents* and the balance of the stay (if not yet paid) in addition to the payment, if due, of the tax. of stay (not included in the room rate). Rooms will be assigned starting from 2.00 pm. It is possible to request, with a supplement whose amount varies according to the seasonality of the rates and after checking availability, an "early check-in", which entitles you to room assignment in the morning.

Any extras must be paid upon departure. It is possible to request a "late check-out", subject to availability, with a supplement whose amount varies based on the seasonality of the rates

No-show, early departure or late arrival compared to the dates agreed upon at the time of booking do not give the right to any refund

ROOMS: for safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed. In case of extra person or visitors, Reception must be informed prior to this and an additional fee will be charged for the extra person/visitors. You are not paying for room, but per person. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times. Should the hotelier become aware of any undeclared people, the cost related to the presence of the latter will be charged to the holder of the booking with a rate increased by 40% on the daily price.

Deluxe Rooms: in case of non-availability of Deluxe Room, we will accommodate you into the Garden Room without extra charge

Garden Room: please report any presence of people with walking difficulties as some Garden Rooms are located on the first floor and have no lift. If the Garden Room is occupied by only 2 people the accommodation is provided in a single bedroom, if the 2 people also wish to use the second bedroom, therefore sleeping in two double beds, a daily supplement will be applied

The safety is extremely important to us, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement, as well as any special cleaning requirements, will be charged. For any need to heat food you can contact the Reception

The cleaning of the bedrooms / bathroom and the change of towels takes place every day, the change of bed linen every two days. Extra change bed linen or towels, for an additional fee

CHILDREN: children are welcome. Children aged under 3 share a bed with their parents; cot or extra bed upon request, at an extra charge

RESTAURANT: breakfast and dinners are served in the Poseidonia room, which overlooks the park and the swimming pool, equipped with large opening windows that allow natural ventilation or in the Athena room, equipped with large windows and air conditioning system compliant with standards or in the large Minerva room equipped with compliant air conditioning system. The restaurant is closed for lunch; in the months of July and August (except for events in the facility), a "light lunch" service is available by the pool for a fee. Drinks with meals are not included. Takeaway from the breakfast buffet is prohibited. For any needs, please contact the dining room staff.

For infants: our kitchen offers: pasta, vegetable broth and vegetable puree made with high quality fresh products (baby foods are not provided).
Stays in B&B: for the preparation of baby food with the products listed below or different requests, supplements apply; Half board stays: the preparation of baby food with the products listed below is included for both lunch and dinner. Different requests will be quoted separately.

POOL: it is open every day from 8.00 to 19.00. For any logistical, technical or functional needs or on the occasion of private events, the pool area may not be accessible from 1.00 pm onwards (contact the structure to find out the dates of the events). Children under the age of 14 can only use the swimming pool under the supervision of a parent or an adult who assumes responsibility. The use of inflatables, balls, water guns, etc. is prohibited. It is not permitted to consume food from outside in the entire pool/bar area. Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for housed guests

BEACH: free private beach, without restaurant services, about 350 meters from the hotel, reachable in 5 minutes on foot, alongside a Mediterranean pine forest. The assignment of an umbrella, a deckchair and a sunbed for each room, regardless of the number of occupants, is made directly upon arrival on the beach, according to availability, from the 2nd to the 6th row. The beach service included depends on the number of nights booked (1 night=1 day / 2 nights=2 days /...). On the day of check-out the beach service is not included. Upon request, with a supplement and subject to availability, it is possible to book the beach service also for the day of check-out.

EVENTS: the hotel organizes events, weddings and private evenings by the pool with live music (contact the property to find out the dates of the events)

INTERNET: wireless connection is free and available throughout the hotel

AIR CONDITIONING: in the room and in the common rooms in the months of July and August

DOGS: small dogs (maximum 10kg) are allowed, upon request, in the Garden Rooms. It is necessary to specify the request at the time of booking; There is a daily supplement as well as an amount for final cleaning. They are not allowed in the common rooms, the swimming pool and the beach. The presence of dogs is subject to the signing and acceptance of our regulations which will be sent at the time of booking

PARKING AREA: free. The DELUXE, SUPERIOR and STANDARD rooms have parking in front of the hotel. The GARDEN ROOMS have a parking space for exclusive use which can be accessed directly from the room

CANCELLATIONS: cancellations may vary depending on the type of booking, the season and the offer applied. Please check this information when booking

We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors and to not congregating in public areas where the noise will disturb others and this may lead to eviction from the hotel with no refund. Use of the television or radio is permitted with moderate volume

We abide a strict non-smoking policy for customer safety inside the internal areas of the hotel and in the rooms. Smoking is allowed in the open spaces

The hotel is not responsible for physical damage caused by improper use of equipment and services

For transfers to/from the hotel it is possible to book a taxi service through the reception, the cost of which remains the responsibility of the customer.
